Our Shipping & Returns Policies
When placing your order, you are welcome to choose seeds from all of our vendors. Each vendor ships their seeds separately; you may receive multiple shipments. Shipping cost is calculated based on size and weight of your order.
Not all vendors have phytocertificates to ship internationally. Please reach out to the vendors directly before placing your order to ensure your seeds will not be blocked at Customs. While vendors can try to ship without the certificate, they will do so at the risk of the seeds being confiscated & will not provide a refund.
For quality control reasons, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of seed or live plant materials, as these items are perishable and cannot be re-sold. If an item you purchased is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, we will fully refund or replace the item. Please reach out to our Customer Service to let us make it right.
