Indeterminate.  85 days from transplant.  This beautiful family Heirloom was brought to the U.S. from Bavaria by Michael Ott in 1883.  It was passed down through the generations till it finally would up with Ott’s great granddaughter, Diane Ott Whealy, who then gave it to Seed Saver’s Exchange.  Large pink beefsteaks that are in the 1-2 pound range and are absolutely mouthwatering.  Meaty flesh with few seeds.  Very productive.  Good choice for slicing and canning.
